Воя Бийч Ризорт (Voya Beach Resort)

I have spent a bit over a week in this hotel back in late August. All I can say is that the grounds are very beautiful with modern touches and smart services all around. Rooms are quite spacious, food is good and comes in greater varieties. I booked some services at the resort as barber and massage and found it is up to 5 star hotel standards. What I loved the most about this place is people who work there: they are eager to help, warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to stunning Bulgaria with family or solo, since it's a very stylish and posh place to get some sun and fun. Surely will come back again. The resort has an amazing view of the pool and beach, especially from the main lobby. The interior and exterior design is very modern, luxurious, and easy to the eye. There are restaurants and bars all around the resort where you can eat anytime and for free if you've initially paid for a bracelet. The staff are very polite and hard-working, doing their best to provide you with the best experience possible. The rooms are spacious, all with a balcony. Except the main pool, there are several water slides that people and kids of all ages can enjoy. The main restaurant, especially for dinner, has extremely wide range of foods - vegan, meats, whole piglets, sushi, salads, desserts, anything you can think of. In addition, there is also a night snack bar that provides food and drinks for free throughout the whole night for people to enter and grab whatever they want.

It is an incredible and very stylish hotel with spacious comfortable rooms in a fashionable interior, polite and attentive staff, rich variety of dishes, amazing entertainment programs. We were extremely impressed with how clean, green and maintained all the areas were. There are a lot of sunbeds near the pools and you could always find a place. Everything is very thought out and comfortable. A La carte restaurant offers delicious meals, the selection of cocktails in the bars is simply incredible. We had an amazing holiday in Voya and definitely recommend it!

I do not recommend ! There are resorts with the same prices that respect their customers. I made a reservation a month in advance in which I requested a room with a sea view and the big surprise was to receive a room with a view of the terrace and the greenery on the roof. This also came with the noise from the terrace, until 00:00 you have no chance to sleep (I mention that I was with a 3-year-old child). I immediately requested another room when I arrived, as I requested, and the answer was that "this is the only free room" in the conditions where tourists kept coming to the resort. Another disturbing thing was the fact that when I checked in I was asked where the other 2 adults were so that I could put on their wristbands and I answered that they were waiting for us at the car with our luggage. I was requested that they also present themselves at the reception so that she could put on their bracelets under the conditions in which I had already presented their documents. Very crowded at the swimming pools, you can hardly find a free sunbed. At the children's pool, you don't even have space to move. And one more thing, I didn't understand why only some children receive a toy from the hotel at check-in before others. It is either offered to everyone or not at all. The child asked me why the little girl next to him got a toy and he didn't? What can I say to him that this is how it is done here??? PROS: very good food, large and clean rooms.

Visited the resort beginning of August. First impression was quite good, reception staff were really polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy, everything is new. The resort is very kids friendly so I would recommend it for families with children, however if you do not have a kid as us, do not choose it. They have only one pool which is absolutely crowded with kids screaming and jumping, so if you are there to relax it's quite impossible. Also the capacity of the pool is much smaller than the hotel occupancy, so people were reserving their sunbeds at 6.30 in the morning, which will leave you with a sunbed on the grass under full sun as they don't have umbrellas. Food selection is quite good, however I could doubt the freshness for some of the items. People with swimsuits and no covers were allowed to enter the food ares and the restaurant which for me was a massive hygiene issue! I had to complain as our bathroom amenities were not replenished, and the room was booked for 3 adults however everything they have placed in it was for two people, which only showed their lack of attention to details. Resort is new and clean, however they definitely can improve the customer sevice, orientation to details, personalized experience and hospitality

A very smart new hotel with lots of innovative ideas. Rooms have an immaculate modular design with all facilities. Huge swimming pool with an additional two pools for children and toddlers. Green roofs planted with swaying grasses. I liked the overhead filtered shading so you could decide where to sit depending on how much sun exposure you wanted. Much better than awkward sunshades on concrete bases. Service was lovely from all the staff, felt like a V.I.P.
